The steps to cancel your Guardian Firewall subscription depend on where you originally purchased it. Find your purchase method below for step-by-step instructions.
1 Use your Guardian credentials to login to https://guardianapp.com/login
2 Click on Manage Subscription under the ‘Manage Subscription’ tile. This will take you to your Stripe profile
3 Click on ‘Cancel Plan’ to end your subscription. Any time remaining from a monthly or annual purchase can still be used to connect to the service as cancellation will not automatically refund the last charge.
1 Tap to open the Guardian Firewall application
2 Navigate to Guardian Settings by tapping the gear icon in the upper right corner
3 Tap on Manage Subscription to open up your account dashboard
4 Next, tap on Manage Subscription to open up your Stripe profile
5 Tap on Cancel Plan to end your subscription. Any time remaining from a monthly or annual purchase can still be used to connect to the service as cancellation will not automatically refund the last charge.
This method of subscribing is managed strictly by Apple and can only be cancelled by the following steps:
1 Navigate to the device Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2 Tap your Name/Apple Account at the very top of the screen.
3 Tap on Subscriptions.
4 Tap on Guardian Firewall
5 Tap on Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll down to find this button).
There is no way to cancel your subscription as it is linked to an active eero Plus account. If you would like to cancel your eero + subscription and therefore not have access to Guardian Firewall, you must contact eero support directly to cancel the eero + subscription. You can contact eero at support@eero.com
