If you currently have a subscription to Guardian Firewall, there are two different options to upgrade your subscription.
1) App Store - You can simply follow the prompts within Guardian Firewall to upgrade to Guardian Pro through the App Store. This will ensure you are able to begin using your Pro subscription immediately upon purchase. If you had remaining unused time left on an annual or quarterly subscription, Apple automatically processes a refund during the purchase process resulting in a pro-rated purchase of Guardian Pro.
2) Guardian Website - If you would like to transition your subscription from being managed by Apple in the App Store, to being managed by us at Guardian, you can also purchase a subscription to Guardian Pro on our website here. If you had remaining unused time left on an annual or quarterly subscription, we will process a refund for you, but this requires a few manual steps to complete.
First, open Guardian Firewall on your device and navigate to settings. Tap on "Contact Technical Support" and please include the following information:
Once we have received this information, we will assess and process a refund back to the payment method used to purchase the Guardian Pro subscription. You will receive an email with confirmation of this part.
Lastly, if you have not already, please be sure to cancel your subscription through the App Store directly from your device by doing the following:
