Guardian Firewall Essential subscriptions allows users access on up to 6 devices, while Guardian Firewall Pro subscriptions include family sharing as well as the 6 devices.
Guardian Firewall can be purchased in different ways, so it is important to understand what your subscription offers. 

• Guardian Firewall Essential Monthly or Annual: access on up to 6 devices. 
• Guardian Firewall Pro Annual: access on up to 6 devices + sharing to 5 family members
• Guardian Firewall Pro - eero Plus Subscription: access on up to 5 devices

Purchasing Guardian Firewall directly through our website 

1. If you have subscribed to Guardian Firewall + VPN by purchasing directly through our website, you would have created your login credentials, which allow you to access Guardian Firewall on additional devices.

To sign in on iOS, Android or FireOS devices, you only need to install the app and tap on the gear icon to navigate to Settings > Advanced > Login to enter the email and password for your Guardian Firewall account. For first‑time logins on Android, open the app and tap the Big G icon to bring up the login screen.

To sign in on macOS or Windows devices, install the Guardian Firewall app, and upon launching the app, you should be prompted to login to your account.

Purchasing Guardian Firewall through the App Store

If you have purchased a Guardian Firewall subscription via Apple's App Store, you do not have a login and password for your account, and therefore cannot log into the user dashboard on our website to manage any details about your subscription. We verify access to your account by checking your anonymous digital receipt from the platform's respective app store.
