Should you be looking for a refund of our services, we've got you covered with our Refund policy

We want you to get the most out of your Guardian Firewall subscription. However, we understand that Guardian might not be the right fit for everyone. Should you discover that you do not wish to continue your Guardian subscription, you may cancel at any time.

    Our refund policy refers to any purchases made on our website. Any purchase completed through the Apple App Store is subject to Apple's cancellation and refund request process which can be accessed directly from your iOS device.

    We will gladly refund purchases from our website up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, but you may cancel your subscription at any time.

    To request a refund for a subscription, please navigate to Settings in Guardian and tap on "Contact Technical Support". Please select to include your App Receipt and state that you are requesting a refund. Our customer service specialists will follow up with you by email when the refund has been initiated.
