There are many factors that can cause an interruption in connection, slow connection, or a problem establishing a strong connection to Guardian's hosts. Below are some tips for getting connected.
First, if you are unable to connect to Guardian, review your network speeds to ensure there is not an issue with the local network. You can test this by opening a browser on your device and navigating to fast.com. There could be a local issue with your provider preventing you from connecting.
If you have established that your internet speeds seem normal but still cannot connect to Guardian or are experiencing very slow internet speeds with Guardian, try some of the steps below:
This may improve the connection if something from the previous connection was causing Guardian to have trouble establishing a connection.
