We are currently working on a privacy-compliant technique to notify users of which apps are causing the alerts.
We purposely do not keep track of the apps installed on a user's device, so there are technical challenges associated with implementing this capability in a manner which is both compliant with App Store rules and respective of user privacy.
If you are a subscriber to Guardian Pro, some users are able to get an idea of which App seems to be triggering an alert by enabling real-time Push Notifications for Alerts. This feature will show a push notification as soon as an alert is triggered. If you have all other apps closed on your device, you may be able to open one App and notice if alerts are immediately triggered or not. This is not 100% accurate as many Apps might have permission to run in the background, but this offers an idea of what is happening on your device.
This is one of the most requested features that we are diligently working on a way to implement so that there are no questions of the privacy of our users. The idea is that regardless of which app contains trackers in it's coding, you may rest assured your data is not being leaked and in fact protected by Guardian Firewall running as you use your device normally.
